Job summary

Panasonic Avionics Corporation in Jeddah is seeking an Inventory Coordinator I to support inventory and logistics, including stockroom activities, shipping/receiving, order fulfillment and inventory control on site. Onboarding is expected to commence from December 2026.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of related experience, and strong math, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office and basic shipping software is preferred.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of related experience.
Good math skills.
Good organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to operate a computer and utilize the MS Office suite of software applications.
Some experience using shipping software, i.e., FedEx, DHL, UPS, preferred.
Ability to effectively interact with co-workers and customers in a professional environment.
Works on assignments that are routine.

Responsibilities

Unpacks and inspects goods received against purchase orders, repair orders, or invoices.
Inspects incoming materials for hidden damage, quality, and conformity.
Maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items.
Processes quarantined parts and processes per established guidelines.
Prepares and maintains records of goods shipped.
Perform Cycle Counts.
