Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a production HR specialist in Riyadh to develop a labor demand plan for the production department in collaboration with IE. You will coordinate with HR to advance recruitment and ensure staffing aligns with production needs.

The role also focuses on designing employee training programs, managing attendance to maintain a stable workforce, and overseeing buffer teams to flexibly support plant labor requirements.
