Job summary

Client of AIQU is seeking an Associate Technician for the Paint Shop Process in Jeddah KAEC to support daily paint operations, prepare accurate mixtures, and ensure consistent quality. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of hands-on paint mixing experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years hands-on paint mixing or shop operations experience.
  • Proficiency in paint mixing techniques and understanding of paint chemistry.
  • Experience operating and maintaining paint mixing room equipment.
  • Strong quality control and batch testing skills.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols for handling hazardous materials.
  • Ability to follow SOPs and meet production timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and mix paint formulations according to approved formulas and production schedules.
  • Operate, calibrate and maintain paint mixing room equipment including mixers, scales, and dispensers.
  • Perform quality checks on mixed paint batches and adjust processes to meet specifications.
  • Monitor and manage paint inventory levels; coordinate replenishment to prevent delays.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe mixing area in compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with production, quality control, and maintenance to troubleshoot issues.

About the Role

The Associate Technician Paint Shop Process in Jeddah KAEC will support daily paint shop operations by preparing accurate paint mixtures maintaining mixing room equipment and ensuring consistent quality standards This hands-on role requires a skilled technician with 5 7 years of experience in paint mixing environments strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and efficiency

Responsibilities

Prepare and mix paint formulations according to approved formulas and production schedulesOperate calibrate and maintain paint mixing room equipment including mixers scales and dispensersPerform quality checks on mixed paint batches record results and adjust processes to meet specificationsMonitor and manage paint inventory levels coordinate replenishment to prevent production delaysMaintain a clean organized and safe mixing area in compliance with environmental and safety regulationsCollaborate with production quality control and maintenance teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actionsDocument batch data deviations and maintenance activities accurately in the system

Required Qualifications
