Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant mechanical engineering design experience.
• Strong consultancy experience delivering medium to large-scale building/infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience leading mechanical design from concept through detailed design and tender stages.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, chilled water systems, ventilation, heating, plumbing and drainage, and fire protection systems.
• Experience preparing and reviewing design calculations, drawings, specifications, reports and technical submissions.
• Strong multidisciplinary coordination with architectural, structural, electrical and other engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of Middle East design experience, preferably Saudi/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of international standards, codes and Middle East regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM and relevant mechanical design/calculation software.
• Strong technical leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professional registration/chartership would be advantageous.

Responsibilities
