Job summary

Uniqus Consultech Inc. in Riyadh is seeking an Associate Director with a Financial Services background to lead accounting advisory and complex IFRS matters for FS clients, including regulatory reporting and transformation projects.

You will direct high-impact engagements, develop senior-level client relationships, and oversee the preparation of financial statements and accounting policies while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with global delivery teams in a fast-paced GCC market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in accounting advisory, financial reporting, or audit with FS focus.
• Deep IFRS knowledge affecting FS clients (IFRS 9, IFRS 17, IFRS 7).
• Prior Big 4 or leading consulting firm experience preferred.
• Proven client engagement, solution delivery, and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of GCC regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact accounting advisory engagements across banking, insurance, and investment sectors.
• Provide technical guidance on IFRS and regulatory reporting standards.
• Advise on complex financial transactions and transformation programs.
• Oversee preparation and review of financial statements and policies.
• Develop strategic client relationships with senior finance leaders.
• Drive business development including proposals, pitches, and new client acquisition.
• Manage multiple project teams ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with global delivery teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
