Job summary

A leading international energy solutions provider seeks an Assistant Manager - Financial Analysis & Reporting in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The candidate will deliver accurate financial reports, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with regulations. This role calls for a degree in accounting and 10 years of relevant experience. Job Purpose: Provide timely & accurate financial information and reports, manage payroll, assist the FM with compliance, reporting, audit, and custodianship of the general ledger.

Job Dimensions

Number of Staff Supervised: Direct Reports: One

Key Accountabilities
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual closure and preparation of management reports and financial statements – Timeliness and accuracy
  • Preparation and analysis of periodic cash forecasts, reporting, inventory & general provisioning – Timeliness and accuracy
  • Process employee payroll on a monthly basis and post it to appropriate GL accounts – Timeliness and accuracy
  • Analyze collated data and file periodic VAT returns, liaise with consultant – Timeliness, accuracy and compliance
  • Controller and custodian of company’s GL and chart of accounts – Accuracy & correctness
  • Collaborate with FM in detailed data accumulation for monthly reporting, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, including dashboards – Timeliness and accuracy
  • Support FM with ad‑hoc deliverables for internal and external reporting – Timeliness and accuracy
  • Manage the statutory audit process by preparing schedules and coordinating with auditors – Timeliness and accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements and develop internal controls – Timeliness, accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with the AX team for any AX related requirements – Value addition to the existing process
  • Manage and mentor the accountants
