A leading engineering consultancy in the Jeddah area is seeking a motivated engineer to support the supervision and coordination of operation and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and 1-3 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on compliance and safety regulations. Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in operation and maintenance projects, fresh graduates may also be considered.
  • Basic knowledge of O&M practices, systems, and equipment.
  • Ability to work under supervision and in a team environment.

Job Purpose

To support the engineering team in the supervision, coordination, and execution of daily operation and maintenance activities for the project facilities, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in line with company standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily operation and maintenance activities.

  • Monitor site works to ensure compliance with technical specifications, standards, and safety regulations.

  • Support in diagnosing equipment, infrastructure, or system issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.

  • Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation related to maintenance activities.

  • Assist in managing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.

  • Conduct routine inspections and report findings to the Project Engineer.

  • Support in implementing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

  • Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, electrical, mechanical) to ensure smooth operations.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on site.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in operation and maintenance projects (fresh graduates may also be considered).

  • Basic knowledge of O&M practices, systems, and equipment.

  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under supervision and in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering software.
