Job summary

Emdad By Elm is seeking an experienced Architect to analyze urban redevelopment and regeneration opportunities and assess technical requirements. The role supports growth planning, reviews proposals, and coordinates with developers and stakeholders to address challenges.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong reporting and presentation abilities to advance priority initiatives in the real estate sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in real estate development or urban regeneration is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design and drawing evaluation.
• Understanding of real estate development and urban regeneration.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to analyzing urban redevelopment and regeneration opportunities and identifying technical requirements.
• Support real estate growth planning and follow up on priority initiatives.
• Review and evaluate real estate proposals and projects from an architectural and development perspective.

• Prepare presentations and periodic reports highlighting the progress of initiatives and opportunities.
