Summary of the role: The Architect will be responsible for managing client communications, coordinating remote design team meetings, creating architectural drawings, and overseeing site visits throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires acting as a key liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and the internal design team to ensure high-quality design development, smooth construction execution, and timely project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in KSA.
  • Lead and manage client meetings (in-person and remote), ensuring clear documentation of requirements, feedback, and decisions.
  • Present architectural designs, drawings, and project updates to clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations throughout all project stages.
  • Create architectural plans, drawings, and documentation that clearly outline the design intent and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with the remote design team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all design deliverables.
  • Translate client requirements into design solutions while ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and technical feasibility.
  • Manage and coordinate regular remote meetings between clients and the design team.
  • Collaborate with various internal and external teams to establish project goals, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on action items, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Plan, manage, and conduct site visits across KSA as required.
  • Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work, adherence to approved drawings, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Oversee the project and provide recommendations throughout the entire construction process.
  • Identify risks or discrepancies on-site and coordinate with contractors and the design team to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Prepare and circulate detailed site visit and progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and authority requirements in KSA.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities as required.
  • Maintain organized records of drawings, approvals, meeting minutes, and site documentation.
  • Support overall project management activities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends, materials and technology in the industry to keep our projects at the forefront of innovation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 8+ years of experience as in architectural design, documentation, and site coordination (KSA experience preferred).
  • Strong experience in creating architectural plans and construction drawings.
  • Client-facing experience in architectural or project-based roles.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Proven ability to manage client communications and lead meetings independently.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Strong understanding of project workflows, timelines, and coordination across all project phases (construction processes and site supervision).
  • Familiarity with KSA building codes, regulations, and approval processes is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office (BIM experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Arabic and English language are mandatory.
Working conditions and Environment
  • The position is site and office based.
  • Local travel requirement to other project sites across KSA.
  • The position may have occasional international travel requirements.

  • Effectiveness of coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Number of site observations or non-compliance issues per project phase.
  • Adherence to agreed project schedules and milestones.
