Job summary

Larsen & Toubro seeks an ARAMCO-approved EHS Supervisor with Oil and Gas experience for on-site leadership in safety programs. You will prepare EHS plans, emergency response plans, and risk assessments, and deliver induction training to new workers on a daily basis.

You will conduct site inspections, ensure proper permits, coordinate EHS audits, and lead incident investigations with engineers and clients. This role demands rigorous compliance and proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• ARAMCO-approved EHS Supervisor with Oil and Gas experience.
• Prepare EHS plans, emergency response plans, and risk assessments.
• Provide EHS induction training to new workers.
• Conduct daily EHS inspections and ensure PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Attend EHS meetings with client and project team.
• Report all EHS issues to HO.
• Conduct risk assessments and inform site engineers and clients of high-risk areas.
• Ensure toolbox talks are delivered weekly by engineers.
• Verify safe work permits for engineers/supervisors from clients/main contractors.
• Maintain EHS documentation and ISO standards compliance.
• Coordinate External EHS audits and third-party inspections.
• Prepare Emergency Preparedness Plan and conduct drills.
• Investigate incidents with engineers and communicate results.
• Provide EHS reports to project head and IC Head.
