Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking an ARAMCO-approved EHS Manager with Oil and Gas experience to oversee health, safety, and environment on our projects in Saudi Arabia. You will prepare EHS plans, emergency response measures, and risk assessments while leading EHS meetings with clients and project teams.

You will also conduct inductions, toolbox talks, and daily site inspections, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and safe work practices across all activities.

Qualifications

• Must be ARAMCO-approved EHS Manager with Oil & Gas experience.
• Prepare EHS documents: EHS plan, emergency response plan, risk assessments.
• Lead EHS meetings with client and project team.
• Conduct EHS inductions and toolbox talks for workers.
• Perform daily EHS inspections and ensure proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients and main contractors on EHS requirements.
• Administer permits and ensure safe work practices across the site.
• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments for critical activities.
• Prepare and update EHS documents and management plans.
• Lead internal and external EHS audits and trainings.
