You will promote Privea Dent Clinics' dental services to patients and healthcare providers, build referral networks, present treatment options, coordinate marketing campaigns, train frontline staff, and support growth through effective messaging and outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in dentistry or equivalent.
• SCFHS license is required or eligible.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within Riyadh.

Responsibilities

Privea Dent is seeking a motivated Dentist to join our team as a Dental Marketing Representative in Riyadh – Al Muruj District.

Role Description

The Dentist - Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This role involves promoting Privea Dent Clinics Dental services to prospective and existing patients, building relationships with local communities, and supporting the clinic’s growth objectives.

Day-to-day tasks include engaging with patients and partners, presenting treatment options and service packages, coordinating marketing campaigns and events, and providing clear information about dental services and promotions.

The role also includes training front-line staff on patient communication and service offerings, gathering feedback to improve patient experience, and collaborating with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistent messaging.

The Dentist - Marketing Representative is expected to maintain professional ethical standards, represent the brand positively, and contribute to a welcoming, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the dental center professionally and promote its services to healthcare providers.
• Visit medical centers, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities to establish and maintain professional relationships.
• Build referral networks and encourage healthcare providers to refer suitable patients to our dental center.
• Present the center’s dental services, specialties, and treatment options.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the center’s growth.
• Prepare regular reports on visits, referrals, and marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry.
• Valid SCFHS license.
• Previous experience in marketing, business development, or healthcare promotion is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Saudi driving license is required.
• Willingness to travel within Riyadh for field visits.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain dental services clearly and build trust with diverse patient groups.
• Customer Service skills to ensure a positive patient experience and effectively handle questions, concerns, and follow-ups.
• Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to promote services, support clinic growth, and help meet patient acquisition and retention goals.
• Training skills to coach and guide staff on patient interaction, service explanations, and basic marketing practices.
• Licensed dentist or dental professional background preferred, with a solid understanding of common dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in healthcare or clinic-based marketing is an advantage, particularly within the dental sector.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with flexibility for occasional events or outreach activities.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a patient-centered, ethical approach to care and marketing.
