Job summary

National Medical Care in Riyadh is seeking an Anesthesia Technician to assist anesthetists in the OR, delivery suite, and Radiology for various procedures. The role requires a licensed anesthesia technician or RN with current license, plus a minimum of two years hospital experience.

You will handle equipment, monitoring, IV fluids, and infection control in a busy surgical setting. You will contribute to rapid induction, patient safety, and post-anesthesia care, while maintaining sterile

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited anesthesia technician training program with current kingdom license.
Registered Nurse with a current license or higher education.
Two (2) years hospital clinical experience after graduation.
Fluent in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

Assist Anesthetist in OR, delivery suite, and Radiology for procedures as required.
Prepare and maintain anesthesia equipment and monitoring systems.
Handle blood products and IV fluids as directed.
Ensure sterile technique and safety in the OR and anesthesia work room.
Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies and nights/weekends/holidays.
Assist with induction, intubation, maintenance, and recovery of anesthesia as needed.
Maintain organization of anesthesia carts, rooms, and supply storage.
Attend staff meetings and infection control training as required.
