A leading project management firm is seeking a professional to develop and maintain relationships with clients while delivering Design and Construction Management services. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and over 10 years of airport project experience. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, ensuring compliance with standards, and managing project timelines. Experience working internationally, especially in the Middle East, is preferred.
General Description of Role and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain professional and meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that program and project requirements are being met. Ensure the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client and the stakeholders. Review submitted shop drawings and material submittals against the drawings & specifications, local codes, statutory requirements, and international airport design and operations best practices. Ensure compliance with all Hill internal processes and procedures. Effective verbal and written communication proficiency. Time management and task prioritization skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
