Job summary

Air Arabia in Dammam seeks an experienced airline pilot with an ATPL license and 700+ flight hours, preferably on Airbus 320. You will lead flight operations, ensure safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance, and support crew in dynamic, high-demand scenarios.

You must meet medical fitness and safety training requirements, and bring CRM and English proficiency to the role. The position offers a challenging environment with responsibilities across flight operations.

Qualifications

• ATPL license required and medical fitness clearance.
• Safety and emergency response training is essential.
• CRM training and IATA security standards are advantageous.
• Proficiency in aircraft systems and MS Office is expected.
• Excellent English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Fly the assigned aircraft per schedules and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to Operations Manual and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Lead pre-flight briefings and ensure crew awareness of flight details.
• Coordinate with co-pilots and Dispatch with necessary information.
• Maximise fuel efficiency within safety constraints during flight.
• Perform safety, security, fuel, and transit checks and escalate as needed.
• Work with Maintenance to confirm aircraft status and raise issues.
• Ensure all documents and logs are accurate per regulations.
• Distribute and maintain the Airline Operations Manual among crew.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Undertake additional Safety/Security duties as directed.
