We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Administrator to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings and appointments, and managing all administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A background in administration or a related field is preferred. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month. Accommodation is not provided, but visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with budget management and expense tracking
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Liaise with clients and partners as necessary
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Working Conditions

This is a contract position that requires the candidate to work full‑time hours from our office in Medina. The candidate must be able to legally work in Saudi Arabia without sponsorship from our company.
