Responsibilities

  • Manage all licenses and permits, including construction and environmental permits.
  • Coordinate with government entities for electricity connections and approvals.
  • Handle regulatory documentation affecting factory operations.
  • Manage factory security service contracts and compliance.
  • Handle MODON rent fees and avoid penalties.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to solve operational issues.
  • Update management on all compliance and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all licenses and permits, including: Construction Permits, Industrial Licenses, Environmental Permits, Operation Licenses and Civil Defense Approvals.
  • Coordinate with government entities such as Modon, SEC, MIM, MISA and MOE to complete electricity connections, MV room approvals, and all operational infrastructure requirements.
  • Handle regulatory documentation including CR updates, Qiwa, GOSI, Visas, ZATCA, and any compliance tasks affecting factory operations.
  • Manage factory security services, including contracting the security company, handling renewals, processing monthly payments, and ensuring compliance with MODON security standards.
  • Handle MODON rent fees for our factories, including payment processing, monitoring deadlines, updating lease data, and ensuring no penalties occur.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, consultants, and authorities to solve operational issues and prevent delays in factory readiness or production.
  • Provide regular updates to management on the progress of licenses, permits, rent payments, security contracts, and all government-related tasks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience (Industrial experience is an advantage).
  • Very good skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
