Overview

Provides general administrative and secretarial support to the department/team. The role supports daily office operations and assists management and staff with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general secretarial and administrative duties, including handling routine correspondence and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support by managing day-to-day office tasks within the department.
  • Maintain filing systems and confidential records as required.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and basic correspondence.
  • Ensure accurate management, organization, and control of departmental data.
  • Follow organizational and departmental procedures to complete assigned tasks.
  • Support coordination of meetings, schedules, and basic office logistics.
  • Work under general supervision while managing assigned responsibilities.
  • Apply sound judgment and discretion in handling administrative matters.
