BDO Saudi Arabia, Dr. Mohamed Al-Amri & Co. seeks an Assistant Manager/Manager for the Business Services & Outsourcing (BSO) Department. The ideal candidate has robust accounting experience, IFRS proficiency, and solid knowledge of Saudi tax requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising payments, reconciliations, financial reporting, payroll, and close processes, with hands-on ERP usage (Sage, SAP, Oracle). The role involves supporting clients and growing the BSO practice in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
8+ years of accounting experience.
Strong IFRS knowledge and Saudi tax understanding.
Hands-on ERP/accounting software experience with Sage, SAP or Oracle.
Proficiency in MS Office; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise the preparation and processing of payments with accurate recording of accounting records.
Reconcile account balances and bank statements.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Maintain the general ledger, AR, AP, and payroll incl. closures.
Prepare draft statutory financial statements and schedules for auditors.
