Job Objective:

Perform daily accounting tasks and ensure the accuracy of financial records in accordance with established standards, while contributing to periodic reporting and supporting financial operations within the company.

Requirements

Record daily financial transactions and enter accounting entries into the system.

Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and review financial matches.

Monitor accounts receivable and payable and prepare regular reports on account status.

Prepare monthly financial statements and assist in the monthly closing process.

Prepare periodic financial reports and analyze data as needed.

Follow up on invoices and expenses, ensuring accuracy of supporting documents.

Cooperate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation.

Ensure compliance with the company’s financial policies and procedures.
