Job summary

Petro Rabigh is seeking an experienced craftsman to maintain online analyzer systems across the refinery complex. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of process analyzers and sampling systems.

You will diagnose failures, keep calibration records, and ensure safety procedures are followed throughout maintenance tasks. The successful candidate will coordinate with Operations and Engineering during outages and plant turnarounds,

Qualifications

• High school or Diploma required.
• At least 4 years of varied craftsman experience in a refining and petrochemical industry.
• ITC qualified from Craftsmen and completed all phases of the Maint. Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on online analyzer systems.
• Calibrate, configure, test, and troubleshoot process analyzers and sample conditioning systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Monitor analyzer performance and maintain accuracy and reliability of measurements.
• Review maintenance work orders and provide technical feedback and recommendations.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety procedures and company standards.
• Coordinate with Operations and Engineering personnel during analyzer maintenance and plant shutdown activities.
• Maintain analyzer documentation, calibration records, and maintenance history in the system.
• Participate in plant turnaround and commissioning activities related to analyzer equipment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance analyzer reliability and plant performance.

Brief About Dept.

The On-line Analyzer unit under Shops & Facilities Services Dep / Digital & Control Section is responsible for maintaining online analyzer in all Petro Rabigh Company complex to ensure accurate, reliable, and continuous monitoring of process parameters. The Online Analyzers Maintenance supports plant operations by performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on process analyzers and associated sampling systems.
