Job Overview

The aim of this position is to support local process owners in continuously improving existing processes and documentation, identifying interfaces, and fostering a process mindset over departmental thinking.

Your Responsibilities

1. Develop and continuously improve the global Management System and standards, ensuring practical implementation across processes and departments.
2. Support the conduction and planning of customer audits.
3. Develop and maintain audit programs to ensure compliance with management systems and procedures.
4. Support and lead projects involving CAQ software, QM, or the Process House.

Key Focus Areas

• ISO 9001 / Process Management / Audits: Assist in creating, maintaining, evaluating, and approving QM documentation on the Process House. Support certification audits and internal/external system, process, and product audits.
• Findings Management: Evaluate and approve corrective and preventive actions with relevant departments to eliminate process errors, considering error impact, process reliability, and economic efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, technical studies, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in process management, QM, or auditing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
• Experience as an internal auditor and in Lean Management.
• Proficiency in process optimization tools like Continuous Improvement, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why.
• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
