Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and ensure timely delivery of projects related to deployment of new tools or programs, such as seller dashboard and seller assistant chat bot.
  • Provide store-level expertise and guidance throughout the product lifecycle to ensure successful program launches across new regions.
  • Leverage store-level insights to consider regional nuances for all initiatives.
  • Partner with business, operations, product, and program teams to develop and implement KPIs, automated reporting, and data infrastructure improvements.
  • Ensure programs support Amazon’s selling partners and enhance customer experience.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, innovations, and simplifications to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
  • Champion best practices to manage, track, and measure success for new programs and technology implementations.

Basic Qualifications
