Position: Team Lead (gn) Software Development / Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Location: Germany (preferred), Poland, Bulgaria | Working model: hybrid | Employment: full-time

Role Overview

Guided by Guido Bergmann, the Hiring Lead, this role involves leading our in-house Dynamics 365 CRM software development teams. We utilize the latest Microsoft technologies and agile methods (SCRUM, KANBAN) to develop solutions rapidly, adapting to customer, partner, and market needs with short time-to-market cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate global software developers and consultants.
• Develop strategic team plans to ensure effective collaboration and updated methodologies.
• Recruit new developers/consultants for the 365 CRM platform with Talent Acquisition.
• Support team members' personal development and operational tasks to meet SoftwareOne's goals.
• Establish and improve software engineering processes.
• Participate in design, implementation, documentation, and testing of software solutions.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance processes.
• Manage external service providers when necessary.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Product Owners to develop efficient solutions for internal clients.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven leadership in CRM projects.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM cloud platform and Power Platform.
• Experience with modern software engineering practices in low-/no-code environments.
• Understanding of sales process design and implementation.
• Expertise in agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Commitment to quality, scalability, and reliability.

• Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, independent work ethic, ownership mindset.
