To strengthen our team at the Iserlohn location, we are looking for a full-time, permanent position at the earliest possible date for a

IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

Your tasks as an IT system administrator in our team:

• Administration, monitoring and conceptual development / optimization of our IT infrastructure (Microsoft Server).
• Network administration.
• Responsibility for IT security (data backup, firewall).
• Administration and internal first-level support of the company-wide software landscape (telephone software, etc.).
• Management of cooperation with external IT service providers.
• Training our employees in the relevant applications.
• Planning and implementation of IT projects as well as support in the administration of our ERP system (MS Business Central).

Your qualification for our team:

• You have successfully completed your training as an IT specialist or have a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in IT system administration in a medium-sized company.
• You have very good knowledge in the following areas: Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, and desirable ERP, e.g., MS Business Central.
• You are open to new technologies and have the willingness to continuously improve the existing system landscape.
• Your dedicated and conceptual way of working is paired with a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have a clear service orientation combined with a strong sense of quality and responsibility.

Our mission:

In 1985, we had a vision. Climate targets were still a long way off back then.
