YOUR ROLE
In this key role, you will actively contribute to the growth of our operations in Luxembourg by delivering high-quality client service, proposing innovative solutions, and developing long-lasting client relationships. You will support our sales teams in addressing client needs by providing technical expertise and ensuring our proposals align with the specific expectations of the Luxembourg market. Your goal will be to transform business opportunities into successful collaborations while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
YOUR PROFILE
Previous experience in Pre-Sales, Business Development, or a similar role within an IT services company, with a focus on digital services or software testing, is highly desirable. Client service skills, excellent ability to understand and meet client expectations, with a focus on satisfaction and retention. Deep knowledge of digital technologies and software testing processes. Proficiency in both French and English is essential for effective interaction with an international client base.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a team and build trust-based relationships. Ability to work independently, identify opportunities, and propose innovative solutions to meet client needs.
