Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations in Technical Application Support
• Support the Client-Rollout Team, install and configure applications on Windows 11, provide 1st Level IT support
• Contribute to IT security measures, including vulnerability management and patching
• Help develop and maintain monitoring solutions
• Assist in implementing automation tools and scripts
• Document and maintain IT processes and applications

Qualifications

• Currently studying (business) informatics or a related field
• Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure and networks (ports, firewalls, proxies)
• Experience with Windows 11 and common applications
• Knowledge of M365, Power Automate, Power Apps
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Self-organized and structured working style
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell and programming experience (Python, C#, etc.) is a plus
