Job Purpose:

Provide an excellent customer experience through full ownership of all sales administrative tasks including the accurate and timely processing of sales orders and directly interacting with Customers, Account Managers & any relevant internal departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of any customer related administration including the use of Portals, customer feeds and back order management

  • Ensure all orders/ amendments/ reports are actioned within agreed SLA’s, providing an exceptional level of service to the customer

  • Develop strong and professional relationships with Customers, Account Managers & any relevant internal departments

  • Take responsibility for ensuring any escalations are dealt with in a timely and effective manner

  • Take on additional duties as assigned by the line manager to support the sales function to achieve agreed KPI’s

  • SAP R3 (preferable)

  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Fluency in Polish and English is required
