Who You Are
We seek a highly driven, organized, and communicative individual with strong business development experience in web advertising to join us as a Business Development Manager for Web Publishers. This role involves sourcing and onboarding new Web Publishers to our omnichannel marketplace.
The position is based in either London, UK, or Berlin/Hamburg, Germany.
What You Will Do
- Build a pipeline focusing on Web publishers listed by Comscore and AGOF, leveraging existing market relationships.
- Conduct external calls and meetings to qualify prospects according to company strategy and establish long-term partnerships.
- Provide sales forecasts and reports to the executive team.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop client-facing decks and pitches.
- Work with the account management team to ensure smooth onboarding and ramp-up processes, meeting client expectations.
- Understand market trends and competition to develop effective business strategies for revenue growth.
- Manage publisher inventory and daily delivery needs to maximize revenue during the ramp-up phase.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience in AdTech, preferably on the publisher side.
- Existing network of publishers in the EMEA region, especially in Germany, UK, and France.
- Experience with technical integrations such as VAST, Prebid, SDK, etc.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts.
- Comfortable collaborating across departments including product, engineering, legal, finance, and account management.
- Creative problem-solving skills to close deals.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Fluent in English; German and French language skills are a plus.
