Your Role:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through onboarding and ongoing success.
• Conduct trainings, check-ins, and troubleshoot to support customer needs.
• Provide feedback on processes and data management to optimize AI results.
• Work with a diverse client portfolio across industries and regions.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience.
• Develop strategies for client satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze feedback to inform product improvements.

Requirements:

• Proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in German (C1 or native) and strong English skills (B2+).
• Interest in SaaS, AI models, and eager to learn.
• Team player with problem-solving skills.
• Experience with digital tools and platforms; familiarity with ERP and SAP is a plus.
