Position Title: Industry Principal - Infrastructure Management - Europe

Location: Germany: Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, Stuttgart, Hamburg

Full Time Permanent

Compensation: Base Salary + 30% Variable Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits

Job Description

• Extensive experience in Network Practice within the IT infrastructure domain, particularly with Network Transformation projects in the EU region.
• Strong skills in network & network security understanding.
• Ability to lead a global team of Network professionals across geographies to manage solutions, proposals, innovations, and business growth.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate & confidently present technical concepts and business value propositions.
• Experience managing complex technical integrations and working with local and international partner ecosystems.

Qualifications

Language & Cultural Flexibility

• Proficiency in English and knowledge of at least one official European language (German, French, or Italian).

Familiarity with managing globally diverse teams.
