Job Description:

Our client, a leading automotive organization near Stuttgart, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a permanent position. The role involves analyzing business processes, collaborating with departments to understand requirements, translating them into IT solutions, creating technical concepts, supporting implementation, and continuously improving existing systems.

Key responsibilities:

1. Analyze business processes and identify optimization potential.
2. Collaborate with specialist departments to understand requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
3. Create professional and technical concepts and support the implementation of IT solutions.
4. Continuously improve and adapt existing systems.
5. Scout for new functions and enable specialist areas.

Key experience/qualifications:

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience as a business analyst in software development.
• Deep knowledge of business process analysis.
• Organizational talent, team spirit, and strong communication skills.
• Ideally, some experience with VAIT.
• Fluent in German and English.

Note: The working model is hybrid, with 3 days a week in the office near Stuttgart.
