Your Role in Our Team

#Learn the Commercial Trade: You will communicate by phone or email with our customers, service providers, and colleagues, process commercial and organisational processes, manage data and files, and book invoices and incoming payments.

#Organisational Work: When office supplies such as envelopes or pens run out, you'll make sure they're replenished and take care of the ordering process. You will also be responsible for incoming and outgoing mail.

#Working on the Computer: You will answer emails, monitor incoming payments, and write business letters. You will also create statistics and analyses.

#From Trainee to Ace: As we train for our own needs, it will be our common goal to prepare you for a career start at notebooksbilliger.de; for example, in our accounting department.

What Should You Bring?

#The School-Leaving Certificate in Your Luggage: You have a high school diploma or a good to very good secondary school diploma. German & maths were among your favourite subjects at school.

#Your Strengths: You are communicative and open-minded as well as a bit of a ‘perfectionist’, because a comma in the wrong place can quickly lead to an incorrectly transferred sum. With your meticulous way of working, this cannot happen to you. You are also exceptionally motivated, ambitious, and impress us with your ability to work in a team.

#What You Should Bring With You: Basic knowledge of MS Office programmes (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) is an advantage. Perhaps you have already discovered your talent for organisation during an internship?
