EXPERT ORDER MANAGEMENT SOUTH-EAST-EUROPE (M/F/D)

Do you have a service-oriented mindset and can you work precisely under time pressure? Do you have experience in commercial processing? Do you enjoy providing customers with professional service and ensuring that the services provided by PAKi on behalf of customers are invoiced promptly? Then we have the perfect challenge for you.

Who you are

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in commercial processing.
  • Very good knowledge of English, optionally German.
  • Confident handling of MS-Office, especially Excel.
  • Structured, precise, and conscientious way of working.
  • Communication skills, ability to work in a team, and intercultural competence.

Your Impact

  • Scheduling deliveries and collections for our customers in South-East Europe, mainly in Romania and Hungary, and processing documents
  • Checking and reviewing invoices, preparing payments, and resolving differences
  • Preparation of monthly reports and financial statements
  • Solution-oriented processing and preparation of complaints and cancellations
  • Supporting the entire team in day-to-day administrative tasks
