What Tasks Await You

• Support and independently manage work packages in organizing, preparing, and following up on (management) committees and appointments, focusing on development.
• Assist in the timely preparation of documents and presentations in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Significantly contribute to the optimization and further development of action tracking processes and methods.
• Independently process and coordinate cross-development topics and projects.
• Support management in handling the management fleet and vehicle requests.

What We Expect From You

• Completed bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, economics, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• Quick comprehension, structured, solution- and goal-oriented working style, with a high level of commitment.
• Team spirit and enjoyment of personal responsibility. Reliability and a confident demeanor in internal and external interactions.
• Good process understanding, quick comprehension, communication, cooperation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; proficiency in MS Office applications (OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Notes

• Start: September 2025 or later
• Duration: 2 years
