For our European location in Offenbach am Main (Frankfurt am Main), we are looking for a :

Salesforce Business Analyst (f / m / d)

As a Salesforce Business Analyst (f / m / d), you will be part of the Digital CRM Section. You will support the automotive sales process by delivering success through customer business analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Requirements Analysis : Collaborate with product owners and document requirements based on project objectives.
2. Business Process Modeling : Model automotive Sales / CRM processes, document current and future states to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
3. Functional Design : Develop and document functional specifications for systems and solutions required for the project.
4. Stakeholder Communication : Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders and report on the project's progress.
5. Education and Training : Plan and provide user education and training on automotive processes or new systems.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including market trends, sales / CRM journey, and supply chain processes, is crucial for making informed recommendations.
• Strong background with Salesforce, primarily with Automotive Cloud experience; Sales and Service Cloud are secondary skills.
• Strong analytical skills to assess complex problems, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, from developers and product owners to business leaders. Clear and concise communication to convey insights and requirements.
• Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and management.
• Strong documentation skills to keep detailed records of project requirements, processes, and outcomes.
