As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and completeness of data interfacing into the core HR system of DHL. Your primary responsibility will be to investigate why certain mandatory data points are not populated during the interface process. This involves proactively communicating with interface teams, identifying root causes, and formulating clear, actionable remediation plans to ensure compliance with DHL data quality standards.

  • Monitor data flows into SDH2 and identify gaps, particularly missing or incomplete mandatory fields;
  • Collaborate with interface and upstream source teams to investigate and resolve data issues;
  • Document root causes and propose short-term fixes and long-term solutions to prevent recurrence;
  • Develop and maintain tracking reporst on data completeness and issue resolution progress;
  • Assist in the development and execution of data validation rules and quality checks;
  • Support data extraction, transformation, and reporting tasks using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar;
  • Participate in data audits and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to data governance policies.
