Job Description:

You will advise, train, and coach bank employees using our OBS software to optimize its use in daily banking practice. Responsibilities include analyzing and classifying incoming inquiries and error messages, being part of the help desk, maintaining documentation, managing the OBS environment, and operating interfaces. You will monitor processing procedures, ensure compliance with SLAs and legal requirements, coordinate and perform tests, and support customers through training courses. Your contribution is vital to team success and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills (Banking):

• Commercial training
• Good understanding of bank structure and processes, basic IT affinity
• Experience in project work
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office

• Fluent German, good English skills
