About The Role

• Maintain and develop the RWEG GIS for all sites in UK, NL, D, including the development of standards and applications.
• Ensure harmonisation of systems and structures across applications.
• Administrate the system, manage users and licenses in cooperation with RWE software asset management.
• Supervise external consultants.
• Convert and integrate asset and site CAD plans and public information into GIS, unless conducted by engineering consultants.
• Act as the first point of contact for GIS users.
• Coordinate trainings, including suitable online tutorials.

Job Requirements and Experience

• An engineering degree with at least 3 years' experience in the energy industry.
• GIS expertise.
• Proficient handling of CAD systems.
• Experience in infrastructural/layout planning in the power industry or similar.
• Fluent in English and German; Dutch skills are an advantage but not essential.
