(Senior) Digital-Marketing Sales Consultant (w/m/d) in Hamburg

Join KlickPiloten as a (Senior) Digital-Marketing Sales Consultant (w/m/d) in Hamburg and help shape innovative digital marketing solutions. We are looking for a motivated team player with a passion for online marketing and inbound lead management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key contact for partners, new clients (via inbound leads, no cold calls), and internal teams, acting as a bridge between Pre-Sales and Online Marketing.
  • Classify and process inbound leads, understand client requirements, and conduct re-briefings.
  • Perform digital marketing audits and analysis in areas such as SEO, SEA, Social Media, Amazon, and Display Advertising.
  • Develop tailored online marketing strategies considering best practices, select relevant channels, and plan media budgets.
  • Contribute creatively to marketing concepts and sales communication strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches independently and as part of the team, including proposal calculations and presentations.
  • Maximize customer potential through negotiations, ensuring growth targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Document activities in CRM, follow up on marketing and sales activities, and nurture leads.
  • Plan quarterly activities and execute inbound sales marketing to meet targets.
  • Support our digital marketing initiatives with ideas, event organization, webinars, etc.
  • Organize customer events, trade shows, mailings, and website updates.
  • Assist in operational sales and marketing activities and facilitate team briefings and kick-offs.

Profile / Skills

MUST-HAVE

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields, or equivalent training.
  • Decisiveness, negotiation skills, and assertiveness.
  • Customer-focused, independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style with a service mindset.
  • Initial experience in sales or inbound marketing.
  • Strong communication skills and professional appearance in person, email, and phone.
  • High affinity for online marketing and proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany and hold a valid driving license (Class B).
