That's where you come in.
As the new Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to our CEO, coordinating their tasks and duties. You’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing their time, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the highest level of the company.
With your pragmatic and hands-on mentality, you directly report to the CEO and set the guardrails for our organization to evolve into a solid and well-oiled engine for innovative decision-making. This role will help shape the foundation of the Executive Assistant function at Taktile, and therefore will require hands-on work and an entrepreneurial mindset to transform ideas into reality. This is why we are looking for a professional with an interest and first experience in hospitality, or assisting commercial roles.
Executive support:
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and the Founder’s Associate.
Manage complex calendars, prioritize and schedule meetings with investors, prospects, and other high-level stakeholders, and handle last-minute changes with ease.
Coordinate travel arrangements end-to-end, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expenses.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Building the foundation of the CEO's rolodex by tracking and maintaining key relationships and proactively following up to drive business growth.
Build the foundation of executive assistance at Taktile:
Play a key role in shaping this function from the ground up, setting standards and processes for future hires within the function.
Help define the structure, tools, and best practices that will enable our leadership team to scale efficiently.

Experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a high-level support role—ideally supporting C-level executives. Experience at a leading consulting firm, bank, or top-tier startup is a plus.
You have a broad interest in ops topics, and you’re able to quickly delve into new situations and questions, and don’t shy away from hands-on work.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and polished demeanor—especially when engaging with external stakeholders such as investors, customers, and prospects.
A passion for organization, with exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
You are used to working very independently and in a team environment.
You are pragmatic and hands-on with a good sense of when to strive for innovation and when not to reinvent the wheel and bring in best practices.
You are fluent in German (only required if applying for the Berlin office)
