Technical Business Analyst / Solution Architect (m/f/d)

Your mission

As a Technical Business Analyst / Solution Architect, you will be part of a product team consisting of Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Software Developers. You will play a key role in the customer-centric design, implementation, and continuous development of our Platform and Software-as-a-Service products. Your responsibilities include:

• Analysis, conception and detailed specification of business logic, business processes and IT requirements for our platform and Software-as-a-Service products
• Deriving user stories from processes and features
• Contributing to the integration and implementation of business processes and IT requirements in customer projects
• Design and expansion of software architecture structures and further development of our software engineering methods
• Guidance and technical leadership of junior and less experienced colleagues and impact at the interface between business logic / requirements and development
• Creation of test concepts and support with quality assurance
• Creation of automated tests (in APIDOG and other test automation tools)
• Participation in 2nd level support
• Collaboration in projects organised according to agile and classic methods

Your profile

• Passion for rail freight, logistics, and digitalization
• Several years of experience as a Software Developer in the Node.js environment
• Professional experience as a Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, or Solution Architect
• Knowledge in IT Requirements Engineering, Software Engineering, and Process Modeling (e.g., BPMN)
• Experience in setting up and operating CI/CD pipelines, automated tests (Playwright), GitHub & GitHub Actions
• Expertise in database design, administration, SQL, and ideally PL/SQL
• Experience in designing and implementing APIs (CRUD & CQRS)
• Completed STEM degree, Business Informatics, or comparable education
• Experience with agile methods and a structured, analytical working approach
• Fluent in German and English, willingness to travel occasionally
