RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

A Transaction Banking Sales Associate will support sales teams in researching new business opportunities, developing creative solutions for clients, and forging deep relationships with stakeholders.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Transaction Banking business, working capital management, and the function of corporate treasuries
  • Assist in creating custom client marketing materials to deliver our value proposition
  • Organize and prepare presentations to explain industry trends, discuss client options, and recommend strategies
  • Coordinate customized pricing proposals to help quantify client opportunities
  • Gather and synthesize information on prospective and existing clients to brief internal stakeholders
  • Participate in client calls and meetings
  • Partner with stakeholders across the firm to deliver "One Goldman Sachs" to clients
  • Develop knowledge of industry trends and the competitive landscape

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
  • Passion and curiosity for the financial services industry and a desire to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure
  • Self-motivated with effective time management
  • Ability to handle changing priorities and workload in a dynamic environment
  • High level of integrity and commitment to excellence
  • Bachelor's Degree required
