Tasks

  1. Follow up on demonstration requests (& other marketing-qualified leads)
  2. Manage the full sales cycle
  3. Identify prospect decision-makers, uncover critical business issues, stimulate interest
  4. Schedule demonstrations and track activities
  5. Ensure a smooth handoff to Implementations upon closing
  6. Maintain CRM data integrity
  7. Enrich inbound marketing activities with local market and cultural insights
  8. Stay current on industry issues, trends, and competitive offerings
  9. May be required to prospect in-person locally and/or travel
  10. Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or technology sectors.
  • Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry, especially independent hotel operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
