Junior Consultant (m/f/d) ERP Technology and Development

Objective of the role

As a Junior Consultant in ERP Technology and Development, you will actively support the implementation, maintenance and customization of the ERP system. Your goal is to configure the system optimally, ensure smooth functionality and adapt it specifically to the technological requirements of the company and the needs of the users.

Your tasks

• Installation, configuration and maintenance of the ERP system to ensure reliable operation and to support business processes
• Development and adaptation of functions through user-defined coding, e.g. to implement new features or optimize existing processes
• Analyze and resolve technical issues, including bug fixes and software testing in close collaboration with the support team
• Direct exchange with end users to identify requirements and develop customized solutions
• Maintaining and updating technical documentation, e.g. design specifications, software code and release notes

Your profile

• Degree in computer science, computer engineering or a comparable field
• Programming skills in languages such as Java, Python or SQL as well as experience with ERP systems (ideally Infor)
• Understanding of data exchange formats such as JSON and XML
• Excellent problem solving skills and enjoy developing customized solutions
• Fluency in English and/or German
• Strong team player and enjoy working with colleagues and customers
• Ability to work efficiently and to deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Quick comprehension and willingness to learn
• Willingness to work occasional customer assignments
