Your Responsibilities

As Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of our highly automated logistics and washing center in Lehrte (24/7 operations):

• Lead and develop the site team (50–60 employees from multiple nationalities)
• Manage the full scope of operational processes, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Drive economic performance and KPI achievement
• Continuously improve processes and operational efficiency
• Foster strong relationships with international customers and internal stakeholders

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in production or logistics operations
• Proven track record in implementing efficiency measures and managing via KPIs
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Tech-savvy and open to digital processes
• Native-level German and fluent English (at least B2)
