Within a third-party funded research project, TU Berlin will develop a 5G monitoring platform for high and extra-high voltage grids to support the goal of net zero emissions in smart grids.

The work at TU Berlin focuses on the development of multi-protocol data transmission for energy self-sufficient wireless sensor systems.
