What you`ll do:

Summary:
In your role as Senior Business Process Consultant, you will share responsibility as part of the Business Operations and Corporate Development team of the CFO/COO-Area for defining, implementing, and operating all company internal processes, tools, projects, and related review processes. You will be an integral contributor to the initial setup and go-live of the company. Your role will include delivering outcomes for assigned projects or areas within the build-up and run phases of Delos Cloud GmbH.

Responsibilities include:

• Operationally manage cross-functional projects in corporate development and business operations to ensure success
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Prepare decision templates and connect relevant decision-makers
• Serve as an internally recognized contact for technical and business matters
• Communicate process and system adjustments clearly and effectively
• Perform reviews related to processes and project milestones
• Define organizational structure and workforce planning needs
• Map and validate performance indicators
• Implement designed processes and support ongoing project tasks
• Support the definition and execution of vision, strategies, and tactics within the corporate development team
• Drive key strategic initiatives at the corporate level and support long-term growth and profitability plans
• Assist executive management in implementing business strategies
• Analyze and recommend actions to achieve relevant business KPIs, including cross-functional projects

Complexity:

• Work independently, resolve complex issues within own specialist area, including cross-functional projects
• Prioritize and take responsibility for topics, providing regular project updates
• Decisions and solutions can significantly influence current and future strategies and systems

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Problem-solving mentality
• Experience within SAP
• Hands-on mentality
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP Signavio
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in team-oriented and virtual environments
• Fluency in German and English
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
