For our site Diehl Metering GmbH in Ansbach, Nuremberg (Germany), Saint-Louis (France), or Bazanowice (Poland), we are looking for a:

Product Manager (m/f/d) Cyber Security

• You continuously monitor network activities for potential threats, analyze security incidents, and implement mitigating measures.
• You conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, identify security risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
• You configure firewalls, antivirus systems, and security protocols, focusing on prevention and ensuring compliance with cyber security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or GDPR.
• You lead employee training on cyber security best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall security posture.
• You maintain detailed records of security policies, incidents, and remediation actions, and regularly report the security status to the divisional board.
• You have a bachelor's degree in cyber security, computer science, or a related field, with proven experience in cyber security, e.g., as a security analyst or penetration tester.
• You hold industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or CISM.
• You possess strong communication skills to train staff and work effectively with other teams.
• You can develop solutions under pressure, especially in crisis or emergency situations, and adapt to evolving technologies and new cyber threats.
• You have excellent spoken and written English skills; German, French, or Polish are a plus.
