Job Title: Sales Specialist (m/w/d) for Strategic Accounts

Job Description:

In the Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) business, solution sales play a central role. As a Sales Specialist (m/w/d) for Strategic Accounts, you have the opportunity to position our leading medical technology solutions at strategically important clients across the DACH region.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Strategically position our solutions in patient monitoring & lifecycle services with key accounts in the DACH region, aiming to integrate the value of our technologies into clinical routines.
  2. Support our (Key) Account Managers throughout the sales process, from needs assessment to proposal creation and negotiations.
  3. Configure customized product and service packages (including updates and upgrades) for existing customers and develop tailored offers with the sales team.
  4. Confidently present our solutions in customer meetings, product demonstrations, training sessions, and at trade fairs and industry events.
  5. Develop sales strategies collaboratively within the team and support the implementation of local sales concepts.
  6. Monitor competitors and provide feedback for portfolio development to marketing and sales.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a solution-oriented approach to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  8. Work closely with Customer Service and other interfaces to continuously improve processes.
  9. Maintain leads, opportunities, and forecasts in our systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure reliable sales planning.

Qualifications:

  1. Degree in technical, business, or medical fields, or extensive clinical experience with relevant further training (e.g., Medical Technologist in Radiology or ICU nursing).
  2. Several years of experience in medical technology sales, service, or consulting solutions in healthcare, preferably in capital goods or clinical IT.
  3. Good understanding of medical workflows and decision-making processes in healthcare, with basic medical knowledge.
  4. Experience in Healthcare Informatics, eHealth, and knowledge of reimbursement structures in DACH is advantageous.
  5. Confident, persuasive demeanor with high sales and IT affinity, and strong negotiation skills.
  6. High initiative, reliability, and structured working style, even with complex issues.
  7. Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and able to quickly understand customer needs and develop suitable solutions.
  8. High willingness to travel within the DACH region and enthusiasm for direct customer contact.
  9. Proficient in MS Office and experienced with digital tools and CRM systems.
  10. Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
